Summary/Abstract: The reputational risk is considered as one of the greatest threats to the companies, but in academic literature this phenomenon is poorly examined. The aim of this article is to explore the reputational risk in the context of NGO development. Proper understanding of the reputational risk could help companies to make better decisions regarding to the way of shaping relationships with those organisations.
