The Activities of Michael Halusczynski (1878–1931) in the Case of the Ukrainian Education Development

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the processes of development of Ukrainian education in difficult conditions of the lack of State and personal contribution to these processes of Michael Halusczynski as a cultural and educational activist, educator and politician, author of the concept of national and civil education, reformative ideas which influenced the overall level of development of the educational thoughts of the early twentieth century.
