Summary/Abstract: The rapid growth of international terrorism in recent years has caused the need to develop and use effective methods to combat it on many levels. In addition, preventative measures against terrorists can not wait for the next attack on their part. But puts the responsibility for the proper functioning of the safety system required skillful drawing conclusions from experience, and consequently stimulate the adoption of effective solutions to fight against this menacing phenomenon. Terrorism is undoubtedly one of the most important security challenges most of countries.
