The situation of higher education in Ukraine – the present day and perspectives

Summary/Abstract: The main goal of this article is to inform Polish readers about Ukrainian state policies on providing rights to children and youth with special educational needs to quality education and their integration into the society. The author is revealing the essence of main concepts of the study and the legislation in the area of accessibility to the higher education for the individuals with disabilities is analyzed. Main forms of implementation of the inclusive education as well as existing experience of the inclusion in the system of higher education and its further perspectives are also in the focus of this research.
