At the end of the article the author presents the reasons for which this system is particularly interesting and worthy of attention for the Polish specialists in the area of culture or teachers. Education in Poland as a key task should equip students with a set of specific life skills as a guarantor of individual self-realization and adaptation to changing operating conditions as far as the unpredictable future is concerned. The practice of Danish schools shows that by opening the contacts with other EU countries, members of other cultures and nations, these goals can be achieved through intercultural cooperation, the atmosphere of cooperation and partnership and creative exploration.
