Summary/Abstract: In the contemporary social structure the technical education system beside the general education system constituted a base of teaching. We, later than another countries have appreciated and understood the giant meaning of technical education system. Only couple of years before war in the last school reform the professional teaching system parallel general education teaching has been created. During World War II german occupier has confered a false character to professional teaching, bringing in at the same time the whole education. Closing all the other school he had on purpose to impede the intellectual development of polish young people. Arising again after World War II the technical education system in Czestochowa has found many difficulties like destroyed school buildings, no qualified teacher`s staff and no apartments for them, no center money to renovate school houses and for rooms equipment. It wasn`t the only problem for many Czesto chowa`s schools but also providing the medical and dentist custody for their pupils. There were also educational shortages among teacher`s staff, which have been revealed among other things during school inspections. Czestochowa, after World War II as an industrial city with great future from year to year has been trying to increase numbers of technical schools and to expand specialties fan, to provide hunger of knowledge for thousand of farm workers, craftsment, tradesmen etc.
