Summary/Abstract: The aim of the discussion is to introduce techniques of market research NPVO - not taking video observation. The paper presents the stages of the implementation process and control and legal conditions. The methodological assumptions have been described study and presented selected analyzes and conclusions from the registered video material. It also discusses the possibilities of using video cameras in market research.
