Summary/Abstract: The article is aimed at the meaning of the word „dialogue” in accordance with its understanding by the Jewish philosopher Gershom Scholem. The author has also described the meaning of such terms used in Jewish philosophy as: liberty (according to haskale understanding), law (in the context of the European philosophy of law), ethics. The author points out in what way those notions have given rise to Jewish national psyche, very different from the previous stages of inter-religious dialogue. The new subject has undertaken an open dialogue with no constraints of the past, due to the efforts of Gershom Scholem.
