Spatial analysis of fuel prices diversity

Summary/Abstract: The paper analyzed the spatial variation in fuel prices by product range. The study used analysis of variance and the method of analysis of price convergence. The analysis showed that there is variation in fuel prices in the cross-province but it is statistically insignificant. Therefore the spatial price integration of markets was examined in order to confirm the operation of the law of one price. The analysis of cointegration confirmed, in most geographic markets, the law of one price.
