The measurement of expected and perceived quality of transport services

Summary/Abstract: Despite increasingly frequent examples of national and international research regulations concerning the city logistics, there are no comprehensive studies on interactions between effective and efficient system of urban logistics and the living condition and quality of life. In the paper to examine the relationship between the expected and perceived quality of municipal transport services, Servqual method and factor analysis were used. For research of the quality of transport services were chosen three mediumsized cities. The choice of this size cities was dictated by low-input capabilities to make some improvementsin the area of urban logistics.
