Summary/Abstract: Security is one of the most cherished values in the social and individual. Ensuring public safety of the public is an essential condition for the development of both individuals and the state understood as an organized group of individuals. Every citizen has a constitutionally guaranteed right to their behavior. The Constitution as the supreme value also recognized its independence, the inviolability of borders and territorial integrity of the state. Poland as a sovereign and democratic Member State of the UN, OSCE, NATO and the EU as a priority objective adopted sustainability and continuous national security.
