Summary/Abstract: The subject of research is the theoretical aspect of innovative information technology tools in educational activities. The study aims to find methods of improving domestic information technology tools in educational activities. Research methods. The paper used a set of scientific methods and approaches, including systemic, structural, comparative, factorial, allowing realize conceptual integrity of the study. The results of the work. The features of the implementation of the national information and methods of improving domestic information technology tools in educational activities .. Range of application results. Public activity. Conclusions. The innovation of educational activities - is a constant innovation in the activities of educational institutions in the educational process - is that imperative, without which it would lose the pleasure relationship with life, lose your creativity to turn a routine job, do not need society or individual. Life requires intensifying the search of experimentation, the introduction of new technologies, the use of new learning tools. However, implementation of these requirements can not be done randomly, haphazardly, ill-conceived and excluding of teaching experience, which in the past led to well-known, and in many cases to the outstanding educational achievements. A number of approaches that experience has not lost its importance even today. It is clear that innovations are deployed on the basis of past experience, not ignoring it. The basis of innovative development of education should be in teaching, wider - Socio Humanities (philosophy, political science, sociology, etc.) that as in other areas of social production, paving the way practice. Because of this problem we chose innovation development as an independent object of theoretical analysis.
