Summary/Abstract: The article is divided into several semantic parts in which are used different testing methods of law, according to the specifics of the phenomenon being studied. This article is not intended to explicit possible hypotheses concerning the legal phenomena. The task which I have set is to be derived from legal theory and legal practice, the common feature of atypical legal facts.
