Summary/Abstract: Generally, an induction heating is a contactless method of generating the heat in a magnetically conductive work piece assembly by inducing eddy current losses in the work piece from an extend high-frequency alternating magnetic field, which is composed of the high-frequency inverters using gate controlled power switching devices MOS or IGBT modules. This is a convenient induction heating category in electrical heat processing because of its ready-availability, precision temperature rise, flexibility, cleanliness, speed of response, safety, compactness in size, and ease of control. Technologies proposed by the authors have attracted special interest in the fields of industrial, medical, chemical and consumer heat energy processing utilizations in the pipeline systems.
