Summary/Abstract: The study deals with tree of the most importants documents regarding the accomplishment of the unification ideal of the Romanians - the unification of Transylvania with Romania that was achieved on the 1 December 1918. The declaration of independence presented by Alexandru Vaida Voevod in Parlament of Budapest in octomber 18 1918, the Resolution of the National Assembly of Alba Iulia and the proclamation Act of the Unification.
