Summary/Abstract: The present exploration concerns the political advertising in newspapers in Burgas during the municipal elections in 1999. The aim of the exploration is to understand is there equality in election campaign coverage of individual candidates, what are the types of political advertising and does media help to make an informed and objective choice.
