Summary/Abstract: The article presents the enthusiastic atmosphere which prevailed among the Romanians according to the decision of the Romanian Government to organize the Coronation on September 24, 1921. A Commission for the organization of the Feasts was established, led by General Coandă (Former Prime Minister), of which were political and artistic personalities. Eauteur, based on archived documents, presents the contribution of artists, industrialists, officers, high priests, for the organization of the Festivals. Among them - Mihail Kara, the Czechoslovak sculptor born in Bilbo Bialitz in 1885, resident in Oradea Mare, Andrei Şaguna 20, and his collaborator, the Italian sculptor Vignali Rafaello, born on 16 November 1877 in Pistoia, Italy, Also domiciled in Oradea Mare, in the City. Kara is the author of the few projects of the medals that were to be struck for The Coronation projected in 1921.
