Summary/Abstract: The dynamic development of courier services sector over the past few decades has been caused by changes in market conditions, the needs of users, penetration of ICT and e-commerce. This led to changes in the scope of services and requires the development of market-oriented strategies from each operator. In this paper a comparative analysis of market strategy of the courier operators with the largest market share in the Bulgarian market in the country was made. The guidelines to optimize the range of services offered in the different market segments were outlined.
