Summary/Abstract: Starting from his own life experience - the case of his father, arrested and sentenced politically in 1959, the author radiates the political situation of Romania during the years 1950-1960 when everyone assumes everyone and Anyone, either for any reward, or to hide an older sin, which might compromise it, or simply, by vengeance, make a denunciation of security. All the more so were "chasing" people such as Ilie M. Georgesco, former owner of a cinema in Ploieşti, member of the National Liberal Party, dissent George Bratiano, since 1931, captain in the royal army, Wounded and decorated on the eastern front in 1942. The author analyzes one after another all the heads of accusation of sentence no. 704/10 July 1959 by which Ilie M. Georgesco was sentenced to seven (7) years 'imprisonment and three (3) years' imprisonment for "agitation against the social order". The arguments of the so-called witnesses of the accusation, recruited from the so-called "friends" of the accused, are presented. From all this the author draws the necessary conclusions
