Summary/Abstract: Time immemorial during the Romanian princes existed the habit of regalades and feasts on the occasion of certain events. The documentary sources 1 mention the fact that, from the second half of the 17th century, these feasts take place according to a ceremonial. The simplest regatta in the courtyard was the coffee shop. The ceremony takes place after the Turkish ritual; Sometimes accompanied by a jam, sometimes with a voutca (a kind of liqueur), fruit fruits, jams and tobacco. The great feasts took place at the time of the prince or during the great religious festivals: Christmas, New Year, Epiphany or Easter. Other feasts were occasioned by certain events which took place in the family of the prince-noces, baptisms. Similarly, feasts were held on the occasion of the reception at the court of the emissaries and foreign ambassadors. On public holidays the table was arranged in the hall of the Little Divan and when the prince sits down and is shot at the canon
