Summary/Abstract: In this article the author makes a succinct presentation concerning the activities of the members of the National Orthodox Society of Romanian Women,constituted in 1910 during the First World War.We present several actions of the three "C" that mark its existence -Belief, Charity, Culture - according to numerous documents from the Archives National and National Libraries studied by the author.Among the notable contributions of the National Orthodox Society of Romanian women, especially, the activity of Hospital no. 113 - in the building of the Young Wire Institute of S.O.N.F.R. - with the resources National Bank's financial system, the "soup kitchens" system for inhabitants of Bucharest after the conquest of the capital by the German armies,the care of the Romanian prisoners of war brought to Bucharest, the constitution andFunctioning of the section "Care for war orphans”.
