Summary/Abstract: Termination of an employment contract with “prior notice” is not a particular form of employment relationship severance. It is a mere termination of an employment contract with “particular” immediate effect for its consequence occurs not immediately but after a few days. Thus, each employment contract may be terminated with prior notice irrespective of whether such a contract has been concluded for indefinite or definite period of time.
