Summary/Abstract: Regulatory priority of punishment of forfeit in a fiscal penal law is a theoretical elaboration of problems of punishment of forfeit for fiscal crimes and fiscal offenses. The article present major problems concerning this penalty. The aim of the article is to evaluate the contemporary model of punishment that is formulated by the fiscal penal code, within the modern criminal policy.
