Self-governing as a challenge for rationalization of cooperation between teritorial self government and local society in the financial, organizational and social fields

Summary/Abstract: Territorial self-government is the creator of economic and social development, as well as the basic field for democratic operations. The cooperation between self-government and local community gave the way to activity of citizens in their own environment and gave them a chance to govern which, in turn, conduced the development of self-government. It results in the control of authorities and their activities, pointing social problems and meeting citizens’ needs. Considering the above, the article will discuss the forms of the cooperation which directly influence the realisation of financial, organizational and social tasks.
