Assumptions of the New Public Management concept

Summary/Abstract: Purpose – The purpose of this article is to present the New Public Management concept. Design/methodology/approach – This article reviews literature sources that take up the New Public Management issues. Findings – Following a review of the available literature on the subject in the conditions of development were indicated and variations of the main demands of the concept of the New Public Management. Originality/value – The characteristics of the New Public Management presented in the article is the systematization of knowledge in the field of the problem.
