Summary/Abstract: Modern companies increasingly compete with each other in the fight for customers using the different techniques. One such technique is the concept of design Design Thinking. The article brought closer to the essence of Design Thinking and made detailed description of activities within each step. Identified key success factors of the project and main techniques to obtain information.
