Summary/Abstract: Contemporary society has been, is and probably will be dominated urbi et orbi (everywhere and to all) by conflicts expressed through violence, social confrontation, permissiveness, the collapse of authority and the collapse of moral norms. Paradoxically, although they speak and write much about terrorism and terrorists there is not yet a complete and accepted definition of these terms and the legal classification is approximate.
