The communication system in decision-making during the implementation of management control and risk management

Summary/Abstract: In today's reality surrounding political, social, or economic - an important measure that determines the speed, efficiency, and effectiveness of any organization - is actually carried out the communication process. The corresponding transfer of information covering proper process of knowledge sharing has become a fundamental obligation of each unit visible in the public finance sector. The system of communication in public institutions has become almost indispensable element smooth functioning, increasing their ability to meet the growing demands of the organizational environment. The process of proper communication within the organization, applies not only to transfer system commands, but also includes the use of existing procedures in the implementation of management control and risk management. This article shows the basic principles for effective communication both with the environment, as well as within the public administration units, using the climbs management control and risk management process. It will also be the basic communication models to manage these processes, which are used in public institutions, based upon the current literature on the subject with practical applications of such activities.
