Summary/Abstract: Conflicts, especially the armed ones, can be considered major keystones in the history of mankind, their consequences frequently leading to territorial changes, risings and falls of the empires, government changes, falls or transformations of regime types of government. These consequences of conflicts development also lead to the establishment of new alliances or transformation of existing ones, on the background of engaged states’ national interests or strategic interests of those states perceived as great powers.
