Summary/Abstract: Subject – law in perspective of civilization – show law as order of profound justice and civilization as the widest form of socialization. Currently understanding the concept of law in terms of legitimacy and civilization in terms of utility are prevailing. Among many of offerings of interrelation of law and civilization reasonable and empirically confirmed is concept referring to mutual foundation which is ethics. Issue of ethical or technical motives of uniting people in the widest agglomerations named civilization and regulate their behavior by the most forceful rules named law in the era of the Internet is the crucial importance. Regarding those kinds of disputes and conflicts, knowledge of the law, politics, society and culture cannot pass by indifferently. The attitude to human life as main value in natural and cultural order is the most empirical and rational test about accuracy of law and civilization.
