Summary/Abstract: Shaping the desired culture of health and safety at work requires constant focus not only on the physical environment of work, but also on the behavior of employees or on the individual characteristics of employees. The selective use of only one type of action does not lead to satisfactory results. Shaping a culture of safety is a continuous and multidimensional process.
