Summary/Abstract: This article proposes a unique method to inquire into visitor notebooks in order to explore the pedagogical impacts of two museums that have the same subject but different approaches in presenting their artifacts. The museums are the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and the National Memorial Hall for the Atomic Bomb Victims, both located within the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. This study offers a unique method to utilize museum visitor notebooks for evaluating the pedagogical impacts of museum exhibitions.
