Summary/Abstract: The article takes an approach on theoretical and on practical aspects that are legally binding in the field of the writs of executions for the enactments of the European Council, of the European Commission and the European Central Bank requiring pecuniary tasks compulsory to other persons than the Member States also the enforcement of these writs of execution on the Member States territory including Romania. As the discussion was elaborating, I was taking into consideration the jurisprudence of the European Union and the domestic law pursuant to the fact that the former is fully integrated into the Romanian law. The summary of the article brings into consideration its conclusion based on legal reasoning, where the Treaty on the European Union is not agreeing on a specific foreclosure procedure but it leaves room that the foreclosure which is executing based on those writs of execution to be taking place according to the legal system of the country where the foreclosure is taking place, with the condition that this procedure should not be contrary to the Treaty nor the general bylaws of the Union.
