Summary/Abstract: In the current economic framework, the restructuring of companies in financial difficulty is in the spotlight. Reorganization is widely supported in statements issued both by European institutions and domestic law makers. The effective realization of a plan within the insolvency procedure is difficult when companies have budgetary creditors. This article aims to present some issues relating to the application of state aid rules in the judicial reorganization proceedings.
