Summary/Abstract: Standard clauses which stipulate in favour of the party who proposes them the limitation of liability, the right to unilaterally terminate a contract, to suspend the execution of obligations, or standard clauses which stipulate against the other party the termination of rights or the forfeiture of the benefit of the payment term, the limitation of the right to propose exceptions, the limitation of the liberty to contract with other persons, the tacit renewal of the contract, the applicable law, arbitration agreements or clauses which derogate from norms regarding court competence, only produce effects if they are expressly accepted, in writing, by the other party.
