Summary/Abstract: The following paper shows how the ideological authority expressed its power in a direction where the liberty of creation should be the natural status. The artists must accept some certain established aesthetical solutions for the so called „official art”. The analysis points how in such cases, the approach of some painters (especially non-professionals) belongs mostly to the kitsch or grotesque area, leading in so many cases to grotesque or hilarious examples regarding the „official” work of art, but in a good concordance with the ideological mentality
