Insider Rent as a Crisis Determining Factor in an Enterprise

Summary/Abstract: Insider rent as a factor determining the enterprises’ crisis. The essence and mechanisms of forming the insider rent that is considered as a basic factor of the organization’s crisis in a transitive economy are revealed. On the basic of an economic and mathematic model of distributing the joint-stock company’s cost between its holders, negative consequences of withdrawing the enterprise’s insider rent and possible ways to overcome the given contradictions are analyzed.
