Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to oneiric motives which appear in Julia Hartwig’s and Inna Lisnyanskaya’s poetry. The subject matter of this research are poems Неправильный венок and Mówiąc nie tylko do siebie. The problem is analysed from the point of view of cognitive poetics which covers a wide range of topics on cognition. In the article, the cognitive analysis is based on the assumption of cognitive poetics as a main basis. Author is concentrated on showing typical structures as: conceptual metaphors, mental spaces which are being applied oneiric world in Lisnianskaya’s and Hartwig’s poems.
