Summary/Abstract: The new techniques and technologies that have already found their place in some firms impose the need to intensify their application in their own work environment, which means that intruder technology in office and archival business experiences its full value through the application of some techniques and technologies. By introducing electronic communications, and on that basis, a part of the staff is relieved because of the reduced number of clients appearing in the offices. Thus, the application and efficient use of IT technology in the administration is closely related to the info-writing environment in which IT technology is to be put in the function of efficiency.
