Summary/Abstract: In the interpretation of the provisions of art. 2 of Law no. 143/2000 on the prevention and fight of illicit drugs trafficking and consumption, re-issued with the subsequent modifications and completions, the perpetration, in the same context, of a single action of those listed in paragraph (1) of this article, having as an object risk drugs or high risk drugs, is a simple offences a form of the offence natural unity, as provided under art. 2, paragraph (1) and (2) of the same normative act.
