The conflict of interest offence perpetrated by an executive manager of the Directorate for Sanitary-Veterinary and Foodstuff Safety relating to the establishment of documents, based on which undue benefits were obtained for himself.

Summary/Abstract: In the case at hand, the court enforced the provisions involving the simplified proceedings in the instance of a guilty plea, considering that the accused stated that he admitted having perpetrated the deeds as they were mentioned in the document intimating the court, he agrees to the evidence administered in the prosecution stage and does not required other new evidence.
