Investments of the Upper Silesia in quarries in Wołyń in the period of the Second Republic of Poland

Summary/Abstract: The author of the text presents the investments made in the period of the Second Republic of Poland by the representatives of the capital in Upper Silesia (among others Związek Celowy Powiatów dla Eksploatacji Śląskich Kamieniołomów) in Wołyń. He reconstructs and describes the process of capital engagement from Polish Upper Silesia in a quarry activity, created in the provinces of eastern Poland (mainly Klesow), presenting both the circumstances and economic issues of the investments under investigation.
