Summary/Abstract: The work has proposed to study the supply and the demand of the production from on sale Galati County, starting from the requirements of population consumptions, from the existing funds for the growth of animal production and from the requirements and the potential that can be expected. The sale of meat products is low enough, due to the reduced number of animals, small productions and the reduced production average on hectare. Weak economical and productivity performances are resistant by minimization of the self-consuming through the limit of surviving.
