Summary/Abstract: This article aims to highlight the European Union law enforcement onwhat migration is concerned and how it was applied during the European migration crisisfrom 2015. Furthermore, it shows how a Third World Country proved to be more effectiveat sustaining the high influx of refugees coming from a war torn zone in the Middle East,Syria. Also in the article it is shown the means that EU has found to keep under controlthe chaotic situation created in less than a year.
