Summary/Abstract: The third year of Poland’s membership in the European Union was dominated by work on the Reform Treaty, which was ultimately named the Treaty of Lisbon. It was also the first effective year of the New Financial Perspective for 2007–2013 and another year marked by high growth in trade between Poland and the other members of the European Union.
