Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to show a pastoral activity in the Skrzatusz parish which aim is tospread God’s mercy. It provides both an effort of synthesis and analysis of such an activity. Theauthor presents three fields of studies taken out of the array of pastoral formation activities suchas parish retreats, missions and priests’ struggles against parishioners’ addictions including inparticular alcoholism and drunkenness.
