Normative Reality Model of Creating and Implementing Foreign Policy in the Political System of Serbia

Summary/Abstract: In this part of the study, the author gives a definition of foreign policy and its place in the political system. Subsequently, he displays the process of creating and implementing foreign policy, through its phases, from the initiative and decision making to the implementation of decisions and mechanisms of control and supervision. Description of the process of creating and implementing foreign policy in Serbia begins with the introduction of state bodies (President of the Republic of Serbia, the Serbian Government, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Defence) and their roles and functions in this process.
