Summary/Abstract: The legislation in Romania in the field of cybercrime adapted to the provisions of the European Council Convention on cybercrime, the computer-related fraud being stipulated at article 249 of the Romanian Criminal Code, and the computerrelated forgery is stipulated at article 325 of the Romanian Criminal Code. The two computer-related offences (computer related forgery and computer-related fraud offences) which we analyse in this article have both similarities and differences.
