Summary/Abstract: Accumulation is the finest and the purest economical form of investments. It is a permanent economic rule. Constantly subjugation to a law of accumulation as capital progressive economic law is in function of increasing it’s value. This put’s to the fore ability of a company or society to enlarge productional fundamentals, which also includes mobility of accumulation as phenomenal form of economical growth. From the analisys in this paper implies that the models of capital market existing, that financial markets appear as a regular segment of the investment. A series of factors of the economy that are both entrepreneurial, but the form of national economic integration of the world. Modern world market is a dominant form, although there are market fundamentalism in which the crucial non- economic grounds of „dominant form of globalization“. Yet capital in modern conditions and the possibility of finding significant forms of self- motion and, regardless of geopolitical efforts, general value (in terms of economic rationality) tendency. But those who have not been out of regular and necessary flow of globalization. In this context, the necessity of intense social and reservoirs in Serbia and designing a new development model.
