The principle of unlimited scope of the Act on Polish membership of the European Union

Summary/Abstract: Member States are obliged to take all the measures to carry out the obligations arising from the European Union treaties or acts. This also applies to the Polish legal system, in which the basic normative acts is the law. The European integration has resulted in limiting the use of the national law in favour of the European Union law. The act has become subject to the principle of the primacy of EU law and an instrument of enacting the EU law
